Dashboard
The Dashboard module enables the user to bring together essential energy information, charts or tables on a single page. Through the Dashboard module, users may run up to four easily interchangeable screens side by side, with each screen automatically updating every minute. This gives an accurate view of vital information without having to flick between screens. The Dashboard module is an easy and convenient way of highlighting areas of performance which are most important to the energy manager.
Energy Analysis
The Energy Analysis module enables data to be presented in a wide range of graphs, tables, reports and exports. In addition, reports may be run on an ad hoc basis, saved as templates for later use or scheduled for automatic production and distribution by email. Energy Analysis enables users to easily configure reports using a number of powerful techniques, targeted at different areas of energy management. The interface is extremely intuitive, ensuring that users are able to access and configure their data reports in the most informative way possible.
Financial Analysis
Financial Analysis enables the conversion of consumption data into monetary units. The module provides a central way of managing and storing tariff and contract information and applying this information to the relevant site metering channels. When a report is then run and the option for a particular contract is selected, the consumption information is automatically converted into the correct monetary rate according to the supplier contract breakdown
Data Exchange
Data Exchange module provides the mechanisms through which data is automatically imported into Energy Management suite for analysis. The module contains a vast range of data drivers which are referenced when importing data from different types of systems and databases. The Data Exchange module also contains a full reporting facility to ensure that imported data can be validated and reported on at the point of import.
Utility Bill Validation
The Invoice Validation module provides the ability to validate supplier invoices using either a manual, or an automated process. Invoice information may be quickly entered into Energy Management suite and a breakdown of the billed information provided at individual field level. The bulk validation process enables large organizations to automatically bulk validate invoices according to preset parameters.
Emission Trading
The Emissions Trading module provides complete management of the emissions reporting process in line with the EU ETS (Emissions Trading Scheme). Energy Management suite provides the ability to record a site’s carbon allowance, calculate emissions to date and record the sale or purchase of allowances.
Energy Certificate
The Energy Certificate module enables users to create energy certificates for display in public buildings. Energy Management suite enables users to rationalize energy consumption against a range of information used in benchmarking, so that the operational rating of a building can be calculated.
